We are not open to the public as a drop in centre due to new Gov Covid 19 regulations
CURRENTLY THE MODELS FOR HEROES SESSIONS ARE CLOSED DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC
Every Saturday from 10am to 2pm we have a popular model making and gaming session at our Centre in Newcastle under Lyme.
We partner with Models for Heroes, with Heather from that charity attending to help the session run smoothly. We supply the venue, tea, coffee, biscuits, cake and the odd extra treat such as bacon butties, currywurst etc.
Also the local Gaming group,Staffordshire Wargamin Guild, also attend. Both Josh and Harriet bring fantastic RPG games into the centre for people to try out. Or work on their own models to add to their gaming collection. Check them out on their Facebook Page if gaming is your thing. They are even running virtual games online.
Its a fun, lighthearted day. There's no cost involved. All models, tools, paints , refreshments are supplied free of charge.
The session is open to any serving military, military veterans and their immediate family. Kid friendly too, so bring them along.
